This doorbell camera connects only with 2.4G Wi-Fi networks. If your router has both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, it is recommended to name them differently and use the 2.4GHz band for the camera.

The doorbell camera can be remotely monitored on a smartphone via the companion app. The account holder can grant access to the device to up to eight other accounts, though only three users may simultaneously watch the video, and the intercom is accessible to just one user at a time.
